We ship our wanderlust collections worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) using these caravan routes:
Standard Shipping

- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Minimum Order: $50+
- Delivery Time: 15-25 days after dispatch
Note: All orders take 1-2 business days to process before beginning their journey to you.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of when your order arrives at your doorstep. To maintain the magic of our pieces for their next adventure:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- Original packaging is preferred

Step 2: Package Your Items
Gently wrap your items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip – think of it as a treasure map for your return.

Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Information
For exchanges, simply indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. We’ll send your new treasure once we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our gypsy standards of hygiene and care, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bikinis & Swimwear (if hygiene seals are removed)
- Hair Accessories that have been worn
- Personal Accessories that show signs of wear
International Returns
For our global tribe (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
