Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return Your Items

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Send your return to:

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Information

For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bikinis & Swimwear (if hygiene seals are removed)
  • Hair Accessories that have been worn
  • Personal Accessories that show signs of wear

International Returns

For our global community (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
